Our master taster used a combination of “Age Time” + “filtration” + “oxygen".

We teamed up with a 3rd generation master taster, he helped us create our proprietary blend. Where distillation skills, mixing of low land and highland, his passion for the spirit, and family heritage come together to create each expression.

• We want to create a sipping tequila to honor the spirit and the time and hard work that goes into make it. 
• We are trying to educate… We care about educating about the heritage and care that goes into the making of tequila.
• We are not trying to re-invent the process. Just perfect it!
• We are not in it for the fame, we are passionate about tequila. No celebrity endorsements! 

One of the expressions is additive free, can you pick it? The others only use less than 1% caramel coloring to keep the color consistent between batches.

We tried to create a sipping tequila, this isn’t the tequila you drank in college. We recommend trying to remove any previous bias you had about tequila. The 2023 tasting kit drinks a lot like a bourbon. 

We recommend adding a few drops of water to each tasting, this will take the “edge” off of the spirit. If you have a bottle of water you can suggest your guest to pour some water into the lid first, then pour from the lid into the tasting glasses. This allows for a slow pour. 

• If budget is not a concern or you have a stash of tasting glasses 4 is ideal. This allows for a taster to go back and forth through the expressions and update their ratings. 
• 2, is the next best option. 
• 1 is all you need.
